Who we are

No. 8 Assumpta Avenue · OwerriFuason Industries Nigeria Limited was incorporated on 25 September 1964 by renowned industrialist and philanthropist, the late His Royal Highness Eze Frederick U. Anyanwu.
Established in Port Harcourt as a galvanizing and corrugating steel roofing manufacturer, the company relocated to Owerri after the outbreak of the Nigerian Civil War in 1967. It became a notable local landmark and a pioneering steel processing operation, strengthened by a long-standing supplier relationship with Ohmi Industries of Osaka, Japan.
In 2003, Fuason transitioned into an industrial logistics and warehouse hub. Today, under Chairperson Ugoeze (Mrs) Catherine Anyanwu, the family-owned business operates on more than 45,000 square metres of the Anyanwu family estate and has supported companies including Stallion Group and ARN in the Nigerian market.

General Manager
Engr. Brendan Obinna Anyanwu
Brendan oversees day-to-day operations, logistics negotiations and client engagements on behalf of the family, reporting to the Board of Directors and Chairperson Ugoeze Catherine Anyanwu.
He completed his A Levels at Mill Hill School in London, earned a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Brunel University and subsequently completed an MBA. He is also the founder of Verona Plastics Nigeria Ltd.
